Bengkalis Regent Kasmarni, represented by Assistant II for Economic and Development Affairs Toharuddin, handed over President of the Republic of Indonesia’s social assistance in the form of sacrificial cows for Muslims at the Grand Mosque of Arafah Duri, Bengkalis Regency, in conjunction with Eid al-Adha 1446 H/2025 M.

The handover ceremony took place at the Grand Mosque of Arafah Duri, Bengkalis Regency, to distribute the sacrificial cows to the Muslim community in the area.

The event was held on the occasion of Eid al-Adha 1446 H/2025 M, a significant Islamic holiday where Muslims worldwide commemorate the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to Allah.

Bengkalis Regent Kasmarni, through Assistant II Toharuddin, emphasized the importance of sharing and caring for the less fortunate members of society, especially during religious holidays like Eid al-Adha.
